Do you remember the best days of your life? Like your wedding, the day you graduated from school, meeting your soul mate, traveling, road trips, or trying something for the first time?
Have you taken the time, to relax and think about all of the amazing experiences you have lived to this day? I like to call this "the best memory exercise" :)
It's amazing how you can relive those incredible moments; simply close your eyes, go back to that day and let all of the memories flow back.
Remembering the happiest days of your life is just as special as when you were making those memories. Being able to remember those incredible moments enlightens you with hope, pride, courage and most importantly love.
Give it a try, I promise it'll feel great.

I a lot of us take the past for granted, but you are right. We need to relive all those special moments, I think especially when you are having a hard time. It's a good way to remind ones self that it will get better, because it has been better. Lovely post!!!
