Fashion Night Out took Vancouver by storm on Thursday night. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the show, so we decided to check out some of the retail stores that were holding FNO themed events. 

By far, my favorite FNO party that night was held by French Connection. They had Indie Bands from Vancouver performing live in the store, Perroni beer, delicious fresh Summer dips and a L'Oreal booth to get a new hair do! ;) 

I love it when people play with my hair, so I had to take this opportunity to get it done by a L'Oreal Professional. Tanya was AWESOME, she asked me what I would like done, and I told her to do whatever she pleased. Hehehe, I love to give that creative freedom to see what masterpieces people can come up with.

 Tanya let me know that she was going to make a braided crown! I was totally excited; I've always wanted to do one on myself, but didn't really know where to start with all of this hair! I asked her if she could tell me the steps of creating this messy braided crown, and she kindly obliged! I was surprised at how easy they are to do!
